BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations made outside of the 48-hour notice period.

Deposits may be transferred once to an alternative appointment date, provided sufficient notice is given. Any further changes will result in the deposit being forfeited and a new deposit required to rebook.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost.


No Shows 


Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in:

  • Loss of your deposit
  • A charge of 50% of the booked treatment cost
     

We reserve the right to require full payment in advance for future bookings.


Late Arrivals

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule. In such cases, the full appointment fee may still apply.


Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. These will be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.



Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment with Aesthetically, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

We reserve the right to charge the card details held on file in accordance with this policy.
