48-Hour Notice:
We respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service.
Deposits:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances but may be transferred once to another appointment date.
Special Circumstances:
If you must cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or unavoidable situation, please contact us directly. We will consider these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
